Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement only if the product you received is Not as described, Defective and Damaged.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, contact us at shop@seesham.com. We will share the return address or arrange for the nearest possible pickup/drop-off location.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions for sending your item back

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at shop@seesham.com if your item is: Damaged , Defective Not as per description.

We will assess the issue and proceed with a replacement.


Exceptions / Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement or return , we'll offer refund if not found satisfactory.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards


Refunds (If Replacement Is Not Possible)

In rare cases, if we are unable to offer a replacement, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Worst-Case Returns

If no replacement is possible and you still wish to return the product, we will accept the return and process a refund after receiving the item, deducting the two-way return shipping cost from the refund amount.

We will notify you once:

  • The returned item has been received and inspected
  • The refund has been approved and processed

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days (subject to your bank's processing times).
