All orders are supposed to be delivered within 3–5 business days. This timeline applies to all orders across our service areas.

Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward, tiered shipping rates based on your order value:

Order Processing

• Daily Cutoff: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed for shipment the following business day.
• Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email to monitor your shipment's progress.
• Bulk Orders: For high-volume or high-value orders (above ₹1,00,000), our team may contact you to coordinate unloading requirements at your facility.

Important Terms

• Minimum Order: Please note that we do not offer delivery for orders below ₹1,000.
• Address Accuracy: To maintain our 3–5 day delivery commitment, please ensure the delivery address and contact person details (including a valid mobile number) are accurate at the time of checkout.
• Service Availability: We currently deliver to all major industrial hubs and commercial pin codes.
