Return Window & Eligibility
We have a strict 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them—unused and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

- Return Method: By mail.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package to our official facility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- For Defective or Damaged Items: No cost. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or arrange for freight pickup at our expense. No restocking fee applies.
- For Standard Returns (e.g., incorrect specifications ordered): Customer responsibility. The buyer must arrange and pay for all return shipping logistics.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all standard, non-defective returns to cover processing and warehouse handling.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if your items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as specially sized corrugated boxes, custom-printed tape, or personalized orders).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about returning a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the exact supplies you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the correct item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our facility, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee (if applicable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
